Day of the Dead Skull

Happy Oscar night ! I went a little overboard today, I was playing around with some makeup like usual and finally attempted to do a Day of the dead skull. It took me forever but it was totally worth it. I enjoyed doing it and really liked the outcome ( this only happens once in a while haha ). Well here it is, and I'll post the products I used below again.

OCC Swatches

Alright so, I've recently become super obsessed with Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics ( OCC ) especially their Lip Tars, Sooo amazing. Probably the most pigmented makeup I've used. And the most fantastic thing is you pay $13 dollars off the website, and you definitely get a bang for your buck. The smallest bit goes a long way. In this case I would definitely consider a lipbrush ( disposible ones come in handy, because it does stain ). So your using less then a quarter of a pea sized amount, pretty much. So I decided to do some swatches of a few of the colours that I own. OH, and for anyone that likes all natural products, OCC is completely vegan.

I was really unimpressed by the way " Vintage" turned out in this picture, but considering it is one I wear every other day pretty much ( including today, haha ) I'm going to upload a picture of what it actually looks like. The rest are pretty dead on, I will be doing applications of them all in the future so I will show how each one looks on lips.

Finally here !

First post, woooooo ! I'll start it off pretty simple, My names Christina, of Sinner / Saint Artistry. I'm an aspiring Makeup Artist, mainly Special FX but I love beauty, theatre and bridal aswell.
